Spelling Words in 2B

Hi Everyone!

Each week the students and I will be adding 5 words to our "I Can Read" wall. These words are chosen each week based on words that are regularly spelled wrong by students in the class or words that are appropriate to our current units of study. The students write these words in their word dictionaries and use these to refer to when they are writing. There will be no spelling tests on the words but the hope is to freely use these words correctly every day, using the wall or their word dictionaries. Once a week, the students will choose a variety of activities to work through to practise spelling these words.
